I don’t play a ton of fighting games, but I’ve always had time to go a few rounds with the Dead or Alive series. Certainly not having your bonus codes work for Dead or Alive 6 is not conducive to a great fighting game experience!
We have reached out to Sony to look into the issue, however, as Hooper2679 was kind enough to point out, it sounds like the issue may have already been resolved. Please try your codes again, while we continue to look into the issue. If we get any updates, we’ll post here.

I pre-ordered Dead Or Alive 6 in December (physical copy). The game arrived at my door on release day, but i haven't gotten an email containing codes for the bonuses.
Same here. I called support and was connected to a rep. Told him what was going on and he connected me to someone else. The next person was apparently from sales and she reprimanded me for not selecting the correct department, but then said she would connect me. This finally connected me to the code department, who took down all of my account info and the order number. I was on hold for about 10 minutes before she returned to ask me if I was trying to get the code for the game. I repeated that I was looking for the preorder code and was placed on hold for another 5 minutes. When she finally returned, she gave me a rather lengthy explanation of what can be summed up as "she put in a request and they would email it to me eventually."
In all honesty, you either get the code as part of the packaging, it arrives by email the second you pick up the game, or you have to call for the whole broadway act they put on about some mysterious "codemaster" that has to review every code request from the shadows like some nerdy Wizard of Oz.
Hopefully they come eventually. Gets old being slapped around in ranked matches by the same character that was supposed to be available with the game.

I preordered Dead or Alive 6 on Xbox quite awhile ago and I have not recieved the pre order bonus digital codes. I picked it up this afternoon and nothing was on receipt nor have I recieved an email with code.

Welcome to our community! We’re sorry to hear that you might not have gotten a code at all. I’d be happy to point you in the correct direction on this matter if you haven’t received your code. I promise it should be a lot less painful then the hoops that LoungeKatt jumped through to get theirs. (I promise there will be no OZ, flying houses, or wicked witches…sorry!)
Have you checked our floated posted called Game Codes – Read Me First? There’s some great information in it how we email them out and who you can contact if you didn’t get yours.

I didn't receive the code when I picked up the game. I called support and was told it would take 24 hours.
I waited 24 hours and filled out the form here. I was told a request was already submitted.
Now it is is nearly 24 hours since that form and still nothing. No, it did not go to spam. I have checked every folder.
How can I make sure the correct info was used in the original request if submitting it again is denied because a previous request was made?
Will Best Buy be offering credit for the PSN store to purchase the character we were supposed to get for free?
This is getting a bit ridiculous.
