Same here, I don't think I'll be pre ordering from Best Buy anymore. I called the toll free number while I was at the store and was told I should receive the code via email in 15 minutes. 2 hours later, nothing so I called back and they said they needed more time. So I requested a supervisor and they put me on hold, where I was hung up on. Horrible service...I'll be sticking to digital downloads from now on

Didn't get mine either. Sent a message to the gaming account.
This is starting to get really annoying. I have had the same thing happen with Spider-Man, Evil Within 2, and Everybody's Golf.
In the case of Spider-Man and Everybody's Golf, I had to send multiple messages over a span of a week to finally get my code. Everybody's Golf was botched so badly that they sent out full game download codes on 4 occasions instead of the pre-order bonus (yeah, a bunch of the people on this forum got 4 free copies of the game. Bet Sony loved that).
There is currently a 66 page thread of people not getting their Mortal Kombat 11 pre-order bonus. I pre-ordered MK11 from GameStop and when I picked the game up my code just printed on the reciept. Why can't BB set up something like this.
This is clearly an ongoing issue with Best Buy that they cannot figure out. Once my Gamer's Club runs out, I think I'm moving my game purchases to GameStop.
