What platform are you on? I sent a message to the support email they link to, on Saturday morning, and they sent me a code within an hour. It worked just fine, I am on XBOX One, it might have been the fastest customer support I have ever gotten from Best Buy, honestly.

I'm on PS4. Both myself and someone else in here mentioned that the codes we were sent said they were invalid. No one from Best Buy has told us anything since in regards to what they are doing to fix this.

So Best Buy sent me a replacement code this morning and it still doesn't work. It's pretty clear at this point that the PS4 codes they were sent have not been activated or something. Can someone please fix this?

So Best Buy sent me another DM today asking me to try the codes that were already sent along with a new one and all 3 still aren't working. Seriously when is this going to be fixed?

The codes we were sent by the vendor were not activated, we're working with them as quickly as possible to correct the situation. We appreciate your patience.
