Thank you for your patience while we looked into these codes further. I’ve received word that the codes you’ve received have now been activated by the vendor, and you should be able to redeem them at this time.
If you’ve not yet received your code, or accidentally deleted the code you’ve received, feel free to follow the steps outlined in our Game Codes-Read Me First floated post, so our Gaming Support team can track down your code for you.
If any of you continue to have trouble redeeming the codes you’ve received, please don’t hesitate to let us know.
