I’m sorry to hear that your DOOM Eternal Collector’s Edition arrived damaged. I can certainly understand why you’d be frustrated.
That being said, the collector’s editions are sold out, so we wouldn’t have any to replace yours with. We entrust our shippers to handle all packages with care, so my recommendation would be to file a claim with the shipper for any damage. Otherwise, you do have the option to return the item if it is unopened for a refund per our Return & Exchange Promise here.
