Wanted to share my frustrations with Best Buys pre-ordering and warn others to not use them until they change their procedures. Specifically, I am referring to my order {removed per forum guidelines}. This was pre-ordered on Sep 18. I could have used at least 10 different vendors to pre-order this video game, but chose Best Buy thinking they would deliver. I was mistaken. Not only did the game ship after the release date, it is now delayed and is expected to arrive nearly 5 days after the game launched. I had been told by others who have pre-ordered from other vendors that they had received the game on launch day.

What is the point of pre-ordering when you receive the game much later than anyone else who just orders after launch? I will continue to NOT recommend Best Buy for pre-ordering until these procedures and fixed…

Depending on a number of factors, such as your proximity to one of our stores or distribution centers, pre-orders often ship out for different people at different times. Either way, I hate to hear you experienced a delay with this video game, as I'm sure you've been looking forward to it arriving since September.
