Has anyone's order been updated on the site? Last time this happened they said don't worry but when the date arrived people whose order wasn't updated got cancelled. I'm afraid on the 24th my order will be cancelled since thats what it says on the order info page still. I know lots of people weren't happy when this happened woth LoU2 then best buy put them back on their site and sold more...early preorders got screwed.

No mine has NOT been updated on the site. I have around 30 pre orders open right now and Ill tell you what if my 2077 CE gets cancelled im cancelling all the ordered and NEVER trading with BB again. Dispite what copy-pasta Bill says on literally EVERY forum page.

Hi Bill-BBY,

Just an FYI, the system still has not updated.  I know you said the appearance of your order in your BestBuy.com may not reflect any new status.  This is normal, it does not mean your order is still in jeopardy.  However, it is still not updated, and the last time this happened, orders were cancelled on the system side.  Is there any update you can provide as to when the system will update?  It's getting really close...

I can only tell you that all orders that showed the delay, and got the delay email were reviewed.  As I've stated before, your order could have been reviewed and still not show an update.  That does not mean it will be cancelled, but again, we can't guarantee any order will not be cancelled.

Reading through the support forums it seems this delay situation is not a new issue. Many customers in the past had their Best Buy preorders cancelled once the listed cancellation date was reached. It is strange to see Best Buy telling their customers that they reviewed the orders, yet the orders are still being cancelled. I don't know what is happening internally, but this seems like Best Buy is just unable to fulfill every preorder that was placed.

I'd hate to think that Speeebot, considering a lot of us placed our orders the same day the listuing went up.  But I guess it's not out of the realm of possibility, and thats unfortunate.

Bill, can you just have them double check the orders again? I know with last of us 2 everyone was told not to worry but the orders who showed on the order page that they would be cancelled were cancelled even though the emails were sent out. Still worried because tomorrow is the 24th, the day it says it has to ship by.

Well it's the night before it could possibly cancel my order. This is incredibly frustrating. Might wake up tomorrow to no preorder and then completely unable to preorder it. 

My question is how come a preorder can't be guaranteed? Isn't that why we preorder to guarantee in the first place? Especially with something that cost hundreds of dollars?

Mine didn't get cancelled..so hopefully it will be good until November. Good luck to anyone else.
