I got an email for the delay of "WB Games - Steelbook Cyberpunk 2077 case - Styles May Vary" to December 10th. When I went to check the status of the actual game it says "We're sorry, we're working on getting it to you soon. If we can't ship it by Mon, November 30, we'll let you know and cancel the order.".
The game has been delayed to December 10th and I do not want my pre-order canceled.
Can we get someone to look at this issue and resolve it before the pre-orders are canceled?

New Issue - Please do not merge with Closed Topics -
I just got notice a 3rd time that the Shipping Date for the Cyberpunk has changed, and that the automated Cancel Date is Nov 30, still way before the release date of December 10. However, and here is the issue, the email notification correctly states that the update for just the Pre-Order Steelbook was changed, no mention of the Collectors Edition. When I log in to check my order status on the website, it shows the pre-order steebook is correct, but I still have a cancel date on the Collectors Edition of November 30.
Can you please update my Collectors Edition on the system to show December 10, just like my current Steelbook Pre-Order says. Or at least let me know that my Collectors Edition is safe?

I fully paid for the ps4 collector's edition on 6/9/2019. Since then there have been multiple updates due to the game being delayed. Everytime there was a delay, I received a notification saying that the release date has been changed and that no actions would be needed on my part.
On October 28th at 11:54 AM Cst I get the same email. Which is fine since they pushed the release date to December.
HOWEVER! I get an email on October 28th at 4:42 PM stating that my order has been cancelled due to the item no longer available?!?
Has this happened to anyone else?? What can be done to rectify this?

@Bill-BBY Your "previous response" is still not really a solution to this issue... Nor is merging every new topic about this new instance of this recurring issue caused by to a locked thread. You guys have an issue with the preorder system, you know you have this issue, you've had it for several games now. Yet BBY still fails to correct it and basically tells customers "it is what it is. Deal with it."

For those of you who may have missed it in your email CD Projekt Red has officially pushed back the release date of Cyberpunk 2077 to December 10.
I received 2 emails from BB regarding the date change.

You all need to inspect your spam filters and trash cans.
Whether or not you did receive an email it won't change the fact it has been moved back. Espeicaly the guy who did receive one email regarding the steel book.
