Once an order has been cancelled we are unable to reinstate it. I would recommend keeping an eye on our website for information about purchasing options in the future.

Are you serious? Y'all are a joke. I placed my order DAY ONE on 06/10/2019. ONE YEAR AGO.
Had I known you clowns would just cancel my order I would have gladly ordered through a different retailer. Now the collectors edition is sold out everywhere and I'm out of luck.

So there is no way to restore it? I mean what is the point of pre-ordering it if a company says no... Just kidding. Many of us have had the preorder in for over a year.

Has anyone ever noticed that 999 out of 1001.3 issues with pre-orders are special editions/collectors editions.
The root cause of nearly almost all of the issues is the game publisher not being able to fulfil what they promised.
I am not an employee of Best Buy. All opinions and comments are my own

I stated in my response that we can't 100% guarantee that any order will not be cancelled. We also cannot reinstate a cancelled order. I understand you're upset, but we are not able to provide any further assistance, and have provided our official response.

Yet another email saying the product is delayed and may be canceled this time if you guys cant ship it by Nov 30. Is your system having a seizure because of the release date changes? Or is that actually placing everybody's order into a russian roulette of cancelation.
This limbo you guys have us in is tiresome and I know that I personally will be real hostile if my order gets cancelled considering I preordered it with a half hour of preorders going live.
Hopefully this gets sorted out soon.

@Bill-BBY Sorry to do this to you again, sir, but CD Projekt Red just annouced they're pushing the release date of Cyberpunk back again, to December 10th (see image below).
Would it be possible to have the order system looked at in advance in order to avoid any additional cancellations? I still haven't gotten an update in the system from the last order delay, and I'm sure plenty of others are still worried about their preorders.
Anything that could be done to get ahead of this would be greatly appreciated. Thanks so much!

Hi @Bill-BBY . Looks like the CyberPunk release date was pushed back to December 10th. I got an email saying that my Collector's Edition shipment is delayed and that if it doesn't ship by Nov 30th, they are going to cancel my order. Could you update it for me again? You helped me do this during the previous delay in September.
