I had a preorder for In-Store Pickup for Cyberpunk 2077 XBOX One Collector's Edition.
As stated, the Collector's Edition was for In-Store Pick up, but the Free Steelbook was shipped to my home.
I never picked up the order and it was subsequently cancelled, but unfortunately was only given a PARTIAL refund. I was charged $21.64 (after sales tax) for the steelbook being shipped to my home.
Except I NEVER got it. My Order status for the Steelbook shows that USPS returned the item to sender and it was delivered to Best Buy in CA on January 5, 2021.
Today on January 15, 2021 I received an email receipt for a refund of $0.00 processed for the steelbook.
I am SO disappointed that BBY messed this up and basically stole $21.64 from me.
I need some assitance please on how to make sure I get the proper refund for an item that I NEVER received.
I have the order number as well as the information from the email receipt.
