The last of us issues seem to be related pretty much to special editions
And I know people want to blame Best Buy for everything but an issue with special edition is quite often the result of the distributor being able to fulfill quantities. They make promises as to how many go to stores for pick up and how many are for the distribution centers for shipping. And then many months later they realize they over promised on their ability to fulfill
