I feel your pain. Mine is set to be canceled on April 30th and I have very little faith that it won't be at this point.

Seriously? That's terrible customer service. Mine is set to cancel tomorrow and I STILL haven't received an e-mail. I've tried contacting them on social media as well with no response. And here I was hoping they would take over exclusives when GameStop goes away, but not with this garbage service.

That's a good sign, I hope it's not cancelled. I just tried calling their "customer service", opted to receive a call-back, they called back 20 minutes later, and the woman hung up on me after I told her the connection was choppy and I couldn't hear what she asked me. Furious, I called back and now they're saying an hour wait. I swear that if they cancel this preorder, I'm canceling all of my current orders with them on principle to save me the further headache while I'm in the middle of moving. They need to fix their system.

I received an e-mail saying my pre-order for the Cyberpunk 2077 CE Windows would be canceled on 4/29/20 if it didn't arrive by then. The game doesn't come out until 9/17/20 and is the toughest one to get. I called and was told the order was fine. Instead, I wake up this morning to the order being canceled. One hour wait times on the phone, your support on Twitter doesn't respond. If this isn't resolved today, I'm canceling over $1k in pre-orders I currently have with Best Buy. Thankfully, I preorder at more than one store because one always seems to burn you. This time it was Best Buy.

You seriously have $1000 in pre-orders for games?
Are you buying multiple copies and getting the discount and then selling them for a $5 profit or something?
