I preordered Crystar on PS4 back in May to be picked up on release day (today) at my local store. Well seems like my local store didnt get any copies. I contacted support and they switched it to shipping, but since then I have seen it go from arriving by september 4th to delayed status. I am an elite rewards tier, so I get free 2 day shipping, and my home is available for next day shipping (arriving on 8/28), If I ordered it now. Is there an issue with my order, and when can I expect it to arrive, as I was hoping to have it today, if the store received copies?

I'm kinda having a problem with it too but it been shipped and all but it should have come yesterday Tuesday but now it's saying it will be here today...seems there may have been a delay in shipping? Also having the problem with Collection of Mana and Terraria both shipped and when I pre-ordered them it said it would be here release day. Also elite member so free two-day shipping...

We do our best with every pre-order to ensure it’s delivered, or available for pickup, as close to release as possible by shipping it out at a level of service needed for it to arrive at your door on the release day.
