Can we get a response from Best Buy about this? When can we realistically expect the key to be delivered? Will there be any compensation for the extreme lag in this? Your own Digital Downloads FAQ says 24 hours is the MAX we should have to wait, and it has been several DAYS for many people.
This was a signficant portion of the cost of the keyboard, and without the code makes the Keyboard an extremely poor value.

I ordered mine on 3/22/19 and I still haven't recieved mine. A friend did, and I completely missed out on the weekend. There has to be some sort of compensation or something for this. It's a digital code and I've been wating days to even begin to install this game. I've called multiple times to no avail. Very frustrated.

I got a reply for live support: I haven't been able to contact them yet (since they are closed) Hopefully you guys can call in and make some progress here.

I called the support number blindai posted. After a transfer or two I was put in touch with the digital download team who said they would re-send the code. I just recieved my code it took about 14 hours. Hope this helps.

After waiting for six days I have finally gotten the code sent to me, for anyone wondering I did not call their phone support but I did do two live chats and I private messaged their gaming-bby support on here.
