I bought a steam gift card in BestBuy store, but cannot activate it with the following reasons:
The Steam Wallet code you have entered is invalid. Please carefully verify the characters as you re-enter the code.
I contacted Bestbuy customer service on the phone and visited store in-person to get it refunded, but both of them responded to me they cannot do anything.
Customer service told me I should visit the store and the store manager could not activate the gift card in his store.
What should I do in this case of the problem? My money was totally stuck in somewhere I cannot reach.
Please get it refunded anyway. I don't want to waste my additional time to deal with this problem anymore.
