Opened my Origin client to add the game I purchased, but only gives me access to "Additional Content" for Command & Conquer Ultimate Collection. Looks like I'm missing the actual product key for the full game. Looking at the reviews and other posts, this seems to have happened to others. Please let me know how I can get access to the game I purchased?

Welcome to our community. Bonus content is great, but it doesn't really do much good if you can't access the game in which that content is intended for use. I'm sorry to hear that you're having trouble locating the right code for Command & Conquer, but I'd be delighted to look into this for you.
