Hi,
I pre-ordered Bravely Default 2 last March and recently there was a preorder bonus added on the page. It does not show on my order though, and a friends order has the bonus listed on a separate line as:

I contacted chat and they said they didn't know if it would be added or not so I wanted to make sure that this will be added to previous preorders as well as to not miss out. Thanks.

It looks like BestBuy is not hororing PreOrder buyers is what it sounds like. I also have it preordered before my GCU expired and now they aren't hororing it as well.

Just FYI to poster for both PreOrder of two different items I ordered they refused to retro active those most current preorder bonus to previous preorder. This is just so wrong they want full price for some that can be easy offered

This is why alot fo people feel rip-off when making preorder that should retro any bonuses that come down the line for.

Thanks for reaching out about the Bravely Default 2 pre-order bonus! I can understand your concern here as I wouldn't want to miss out on any new pre-order bonus as well.
From our Pre-Order Bonus FAQ:
Q: What if a special offer or giveaway becomes available after I place my pre-order?
A: No problem. All pre-ordered items will receive any offer enhancements that become available (e.g., if a free game disc is added to the offer, you will receive it even if it was not available at the time you placed your pre-order).
It sounds like some of you were potentially given incorrect information regarding the pre-order bonus. As long as the bonus item is not listed as having limited quantities, we should be making every effort to go back and add a physical pre-order bonus item to orders taken before the offer showed up on BestBuy.com. In most cases, it should not be necessary to cancel an existing order to get that bonus.

Thanks for the great question, BadCrumpany! You do not need to give us your order numbers as adding the bonus should happen automatically. That addition can happen up to a few days before the release, so keep an eye on your order in the meantime.
