As the title states, I purchased an RTX 2080 two days ago in store, and was then told that it could take up to two days to receive the coes for Anthem, Metro, and Battefield. I have an electronic receipt but the spaces where the codes should be are just rows of "-". I have not received a follow up email with the actual codes and two days have passed. I don't understand why customers are being asked to jump through hoops to redeem codes that come with their $800 purchase.

From what you are describing, it sounds like either your email address wasn't added to your purchase, or there was a technical issue that stopped the code from generating.
