I ordered the CPU last week, it arrived yesterday, but I don't have any code in email (checked spam) or in the box (I know, it was a digital code, but I figured maybe it would be in the box?) Can someone assist?

Welcome and thank you for reaching out! “Free” is one of the very best words when shopping, so I know I would be more than a little eager to receive an expected game code if there was a promotional offer with my purchase, too.
Checking spam, junk, or promotional folders is typically a great first step. And it never hurts to check for codes in physical products. Some digital extras really are provided that way, though I suspect that wasn’t the case here. I would like to take a closer look at your order.
