Just got off the phone with best buy and was told that they are recieving a very high volume of calls about this and are escelating the issue and the person I talked to said to keep checking my email over the next 24-48 hours and hopefully I will get the code, if not call back and give reference number.

- I am also missing my Borderlands 3 Pre-Order Bonus (Gold Weapon Skins Pack), and this is something Best Buy needs to provide, not 2k games. We gamers purchased it from Best Buy, and Best Buy is the one with the web listing saying that a code will be provided. If we ordered from 2k directly, then yes, 2k would provide the codes, but that is not the case here. I bought the physical edition, and the game box did have the deluxe content, but not the Gold Weapon Skins Pack.
- I am also missing a $10 my best buy credit that was advertised, and is STILL advertised with a prepurchase of the game. I can provide a photo of proof of this if needed.

Update: After being told to contact 2k support by Best Buy on the phone, I eventually (after over an hour) was able to speak to a supervisor. They are goingto reach out to 2k about the missing pre-order codes, and will be sending me the $10 gift card in the mail. They were told by 2k when they recieved the original digital codes that the codes had everything and were in the physical box, but as those of us who have posted here know, that is innacurate.

We would all like to know what Best Buy's stance is on this whole Preorder Code fiasco. We have PM'd moderators, called Best Buy, chatted with Best Buy, posted on forums for Best Buy, contact 2K, and we are now on day 4 with no response whatsoever regarding all of the missing Preorder Gold Weapon Skin codes not being emailed for Digital Preorders. What in the world is going on?! Never ever have I seen so much issue on getting this corrected and watching Best Buy put blame on 2K and 2K putting blame on Best Buy all the while money has been taken from my credit. I think at this point I will just submit a fraudulent charge on my credit card since I did not receive everything I paid for.
