Borderlands 3 Digital Code

Hi there,
Bought a digital code today at 8am. The confirmation email says it should only be a max of 4 hours between purchase and when I receive the digital code. This isn't the first time I've bought a digital product from Best Buy but honestly I won't do it again. It's been just over 10 hours and still nothing. Order is still processing (so no, it didn't fall into spam) and because of the processing status, I cannot cancel it and pick it up in store. Is there anything that can be done with digital codes?

Update: 24 hours later and still no code. Order is still processing.

I am having the same issue. I bought the download code in store a week ago last friday. Never got the download code so i went in the next day and was told there was nothing they could do. Called support and they told me to just wait. A weeks gone by and i havent gotten my code. Ive checked all my emails and my purchases on best buys website and nothing showed up. Next time i need a digital download ill either buy it through xbox or go to gamestop.

Update 2: Still no code. Order still processing. I'm never one to complain to support because it's not their fault but how is this an acceptable business practice? It's been two days for me and over a week for the post above me. You guys can see that our orders are still processing so we're not scamming. It's quite ridiculous that we're unable to even pick up a physical copy in replacement of the digital. I'm a big Best Buy fan but this whole situation is putting a bad taste in my mouth.

While occasionally, processing of digital code orders can take up to 24 hours to go through verification checks, most orders should have fulfilled by that time.
