This is now the 2nd time my post has been deleted by "Michael". Best Buy said that the code will no longer work and that I needed to call Snoy Support, Called Sony and they said that the code had been used to many times and is no longer valid. They said the code sould be useable in 3-4 business days, most likely Wednesday or Thursday. Best Buy never told me that I couldnt use the code before 9:00pm PST. When I preorder something I expect to get what I've purchased. I've report these actions to the BBB and Best Buy corparate offices. I've stuck up for Best Buy through so much and worked there twice in my life time. They've lost a multi Elite Plus member, and Michael, why don't you reply to these people asking for your help?

Best Buy never told me when I could use my code. I've purchased code from Best Buy before and was able to use that code immediately after getting the email. Not telling your customers to wait till 9pm pst or what ever thier timezone is, is just wrong. The blame is on you. Also your customers drove to the local store to pick up their copies and were told that Best Buy was doing a midnight release. Turns out it was a 8:30pm realease.

The way codes are handled here from Best Buy can really be improved. I wish somebody would look to actually make changes and improve instead of just resorting to the "same old thing" attitude.

So will trying to re-enter it tbefore the 24 hours of the first lock reset the 24 hours clock or will it work 24 hours after it was first locked regardless? I'm waiting until 12:30 tonight just to be safe.
