I preordered in November of last year and my order includes a steelbook. Steelbook hasn't ever shipped and shows no sign of changing.
My buddy got his steelbook immediately on release day. But mine seems like it isn't coming at this point. Can I please get the rest of my order?

I can't. I attempted to send a message, got an error about html being used (which was weird, since I didn't use any. Maybe it got mad about me copy-pasting my order number?)
Now it says I've sent too many messages and that I can't send any more. No idea if it even went through or not.
