I ordered an oculus rift s about a week ago! It is supoose to arive by tuesday ( June 23 ) at the moment it is sunday ( june 21 ) and its 11:20pm. How in the world would it get here by tuesday? It hasnt been shipped or anything and the status is still set to " Getting it ready". Why is this!

Same here i ordered a gaming laptop and its june 22 and its suppose to arrive on thursday june 25 but the status is still set to “getting it ready” so im really confused

Okay maybe it might say it the day before its delivered then.

That could be the possibility, the only reason I was worried was my item was a high demand item was coming instock one at a time every couple of days! So I was worried I’d bought it and it was out of stock

Oh okay i was worry too because it was my first time ordering something that is 1600 dollars lol from online

Once some things actually ship they can move pretty fast. I once ordered something and tracking said it was coming from a distribution center in Ohio, I live in Minnesota. Release was for a Tuesday and it didn't ship until Monday. It was on my door when I got home on Tuesday.

I should also point out that quite often the notification system has a huge lag between reality and what you see.

The game from Ohio, according to tracking left Ohio in the wee hours on Monday. The BB web site didn't change notification that it had shipped until 2 pm on Tuesday.

I have pre-ordered many dozens of game from Best Buy and only 2 times I did not get it on release day.

Those two times one was because I ordered it late at night on a Saturday for a Tuesday release, I got it on Thrusday, but that was my fault.

The other was becasue there was 20" of fresh snow closing down every thing.  

It seems most of the issues are with Special Editions
