Did you have any luck going into the store?

Store couldnt even pull my order up. Then they said the code would just coem through Digital Downloads to email anyway. Sends me a code for a "Preorder Pack" thats been used and it sounds like downloads arent starting for people anyway off those packs.

Yeah this service is complete crap, i got an email and got excited redeemed the code and it seems like its the basic game if not just a preorder pack. i have the game onorigin but it shows it launches the 19th so i assume the code i got was for the basic game, and i look at bestbuy's website at my order and it still shows 

"Preparing

We'll email you when it's ready."

So im really confused and really annoyed.

It didnt even show up in my library.

Well, looks like were both out of luck at the moment, hopefully they get their stuff toggether soon, only reason i got the gmae through bestbuy is because i had store credit and absolutely nothing else i wanted to buy from best buy. but even if i do have store credit next time i'll just buy something to resell rather than buy anything i want for myself from best buy again.

I called digital downloads. They said "When it finishes processing on your account you will get a code, it could be a day". So basically, "There is nothing we can do, we are trying to figure it out". I would've rather heard, "We messed up and didnt provision the keys correctly and are working to rectify this now and in the future"

I'll probaably end up being able to play halo infinite before i get my code from bestbuy, oh wait i forgot i ordered that through bestbuy as well. i hate store credit and not being able to buy a steam card with it.
