Yeah i bought it 3 days ago at this point and havent received a code, just went into the physical store they were unable to help me as well. and they couldnt cancel my order because imade the purchase online.i wanted to buy a steam card from best buy but then i saw you cant do it with store credit which is crap. im beyond the point of frustration with this stuff, ive been on support chat 2x and was also on a phone call with support who put me in touch with the digital department who hung up on me.
And now online chat is so full i cant even get a request to chat with an actual person at the moment, which wouldnt be any help anyway, because ive gone through that 2x already.
Right the only thing we can do is vote with our wallet and not purchase from BestBuy again. Pre Order / digital games are how most people buy now and if they can't get it right just go with someone else that can.
Can't believe I actually took PTO to play this and BB still has yet to give me the code and I have already called the Digital Download department. Absolutely ridiculous.
If they didnt receive the codes they the heck are they selling the game. they are selling stuff they dont have. and how does it takes this long to receive a list of codes. this is recidulous. it isnt physical media, a shortage doesnt affect this. stupidity does.
Just heard from Digital Downloads that they are having massive amounts of problems with the code and that they wont be able to get codes out for awhile. Really expected more from a multi-million dollar company. They are online codes, not hard to provision and makes no sense as to why they did not have them ready immediately. Trash service.

Just called my local and they said If I come in they would get me the codes by cancelling my order, giving it as store purchase then printing me out a physical game code. About to do that and tell Digital Downloads to get good.
I received a code in my email but im not sure it was the right one its supposed to be gold edition but when i redeemed it says preload available and nothing about playing and cant see a download button either
