Hello,

I pre ordered Back 4 Blood Ultimate edition before the steelbook was added. I was told my pre order would update showing the steelbook, which it never did. I recieved my order today 10/6/21 and did not recieve my steelbook.How do I need to contact to get my pre order bonus?

I have the same issue.

I had pre-ordered before the steelbook offer was announced, and it was never added to my order. In fact, my copy of the Ultimate edition was just delivered today.

Welcome to our forums!  It’s always great when a publisher adds a SteelBook to their games just for placing your order early, isn’t it?  I’ve certainly gotten my fair share of SteelBooks over the years, so I completely understand why you’d want to make sure you’re not missing out on yours as well.

I preordered the ultimate edition for B4B and was supposed to receive a Steelbook case with it. I did not receive it.
