Back 4 Blood Order Hasn't Been Updated

So I preordered Back 4 Blood on PS5 awhile back and now I see Best Buy is offering a glow in the dark steelbook when you order it. The problem is that Best Buy hasn't updated my order with this free item yet. Usually when a free item is added after your order was placed they'll update it and add it for you. Can someone do this as the game is coming out soon

Thanks so much for reaching out about this! I'm also very excited for Back 4 Blood and that glow in the dark steelbook looks incredible. Although it doesn't reflect on your order, our system should recognize that a free item will be available and should add it to your order near the day of pickup. From my experience working in the store, we normally have some extras in case the system didn't catch it as well. If for some reason that doesn't happen, we'll take care of it for you and ensure that you get one. 

 

I'll attach a FAQ page below that answers this as well. It says: "All pre-ordered items will receive any offer enhancements that become available (e.g., if a free game disc is added to the offer, you will receive it even if it was not available at the time you placed your order." So, either way, we will take care of you!

Hi Caleb thanks for the response but my order is being shipped to me not picked up at a store. I don't live near a Best Buy store so I really need my order to be updated with the free item.

You are very welcome. Generally, the system will recognize the addition whether the order is fulfilled in store or online. Furthermore, it typically won't let us just add it on because it's meant to be automatic. However, I can definitely take a look and see if I'm able to.
