Hello. I just got an email with a back 4 blood Xbox beta code. It says the code doesn't work when entering it. The beta starts august 5th. Any way to get this resolved?

Thank you for reaching out to us here on our community forums. I'm sure you're looking forward to giving this early access a try, I know I would want to make sure this code was ready to go if I were in your shoes and I'd be glad to give you some more details on this.

As you mentioned, this early access opens on Aug. 5. Because of this, an error code will appear if you try and redeem this code early. Warner Bros. Support has a bit more information about this beta period here if you have more questions about this process.

With that said, please don't hesitate to let us know if you have any trouble redeeming this code once the early access period opens!
