This is your last chance to purchase Nintendo eShop cards to redeem for downloadable games on these systems (including 2DS) 

On August 29th, 2022 it will no longer be possible to use Nintendo e Shop funds to purchase content in the stores. In May, they already shutdown the ability to use a credit card to purchase content. 

However.......... There is a workaround on this. If your Nintendo account is shared across these platforms with the Nintendo Switch they said it would be possible to use the shared balance across these systems until March 2023. 

So just as heads up! Even though I have my Switch, I equally enjoy my 2DS as well , especially for Mario Kart 7.
