I had pre-ordered this controller a while ago. I had gotten an e-mail from Best Buy that it will be released on Thursday but it always shows it will ship by Monday in the app. I can no longer cancel the order online. This is strange if it is not going to ship until Monday. Can someone look into this? I would also like to know if it can still be canceled even though I can’t do it online. Thanks.

I reviewed your conversation by private message from yesterday with my peer, Sam, in which he offered to attempt to cancel the order for you, but you advised that you'd prefer to wait until Monday to see if the order ships. Has your preference changed?
