Any actual honest update on Hogwarts Legacy?

I’m wondering if there’s any true ETA that you might be able to share on when, or if you think I actually ever will even get my pre-order? I have now been told that I would receive it one day late, then, two days late, and now I’ve been told I would receive it today, but, it’s still not here and the rep on the phone just told me that Best Buy doesn’t even have any secured for their warehouses? I’m not entirely sure whether that even means that Best Buy didn’t secure enough copies from Warner Bros., whether some shipment is just delayed somewhere, or something else entirely. I really, really wanted a physical copy, but definitely would have canceled and gotten the digital pre-order if Best Buy had been honest and told me that Warner Bros. didn’t reserve enough copies for your company. Now I’m frustrated because if I cancel my order, I lose the opportunity to get all of the pre-order bonuses. Is your company able to offer a digital code or something that would get me the pre-order bonuses? Are there any options that will result in me actually getting my game? And the only email I got about the matter, over a week ago, said that if you don’t have my game ready for pick up by this time next week, you all will automatically cancel my order and refund my money. I absolutely understand that. This is not the fault of anyone working in customer service, but it would be nice if we could actually find a solution that didn’t result in me losing out on the rest of the pre-order bonuses. Obviously early access is long past a consideration, but I’d like the onyx hippogriff.
