When does Best Buy typically release codes for games that can be preloaded for games that go live at midnight? I have preordered Anthem for PS4 and would like to preload the like others have done that have purchased through other retailers.

Will Best Buy send out codes beforehand or will I have to wait?

Welcome back to the forum! With the release of Anthem this weekend, everyone's getting pretty excited. As you can see from the responses above, we will not be offering pre-load for this game.

The game is available for pre download now according to Anthems twitter account. The codes should be emailed out as the Best Buy website clearly states in the digital download section. If the code isn’t in my inbox by tomorrow, this will be the last time I buy a game from Best Buy. Doesn’t make any sense

just so you know what your website says. "Why Buy Digital?... Preinstall games and play at midnight on release date, once servers go live". This is literally the link that you click from the game.

I ordered anthem legion of dawn through the Best Buy app and it says that an email has been sent but I haven’t received this email yet.
