Another Lost Digital Code

Well, since I've gotten nowhere calling 1-888-BestBuy for help, I'll go ahead and try here.
Ordered an Xbox Live Digital Code on Sun, 1/29. Received purchase confirmation but no follow up email with the code and it is not in my digital library. Tried online chat the next day but got disconnected. Called 1-888-BestBuy. Was given a case number and told it would be resent between 24-48 hours. Nothing by Wednesday 2/1. Called again, given ANOTHER case number and again told it would be sent between 24-48 hours. It is now Friday 2/3 and surprise, Still no code.
....and yes, I've checked my spam folder.
