I pre-ordered the physical Nintendo Switch version of Animal Crossing: New Horizons (with the Phone & Tech Badge) on January 20th for my sister. Since it comes out this Friday, she asked me to check on the tracking. When I logged in, the game is no longer in my history under any category. The order status link in my email leads to the other things I've bought, but not Animal Crossing. When I search the order #, I get "We didn't find anything for "(order #).""
I used a gift card, and I checked the card # again to see. The money was taken off it and not refunded, so it didn't get cancelled.

I'm also really excited to get started on a new island adventure. It's understandable that your sister would like an update on the order status. Since it sounds like you do have the order number, I would recommend trying to use the order number and phone number to check on the order status using the Guest Order area of our website.
