Mine said that the shipping label has been created, but there's no indication from UPS that it's shipped or going to arrive on time today. I'm disappointed, I don't know if this will arive on time as promisd by Best Buy

I preordered Animal Crossing the day it was available for pre order which was september of 2018. I have not received the game and spent hours trying to contact customer support. After hours of waiting, im told that i just need to wait for the game. I spend hours waiting only to be told what i know. This is not the first time i have been let down by the comany after giving you my money before a game is released and not get it on release day.

It probably wont. I was told to wait unitl monday for it to arrive

My order hasn’t been updated at all since 2:00 AM, where it said there was an issue at the sorting facility and the shipping will be delayed. Haven’t gotten a single update since then. Should I contact someone at Best Buy about this, or is it mostly in UPS hands now?

People at best buy wont help you. I already contacted them and they just told me to wait for it to arrive

Could I just buy a copy from the store and return the shipped copy when it arrives?

Thats what i did. That seems to be the only way to get the game on time

Same boat as the rest of you. Label created, no shipment. Doubt it will arrive today, hopefully tomorrow. Bit disappointing

Same situation as y’all. Bell bag arrived yesterday but not the game. Checked order status and it only shows “shipped on March 19th.” Got booted off customer support chat after waiting because they’re too busy. Probably just gonna get digital then return this one if it ever shows up, a lot of my friends did that when Amazon delayed theirs too.

I preordered the game back in janaury and was excited to see that it was shipped. Release day came and went and I got an email saying my package will be ariving late. Fine its annoying but it happens. I just got the package and now its damanged and I cant get to a store to return it ugh 

I'm not puitting all the blame on best buy but whats the point of prodering a game if its not going to arive on release day and shipped out at the last minute? Better planning would be a smart idea for the future
