My Best Buy Visa card was charged on Tuesday of this week, however my order status for my Animal Crossing New Horizons pre-order has not changed at all. I have yet to see any shipping or tracking info. It simply says "arriving by Friday March 20th". I have had my preorder for over a month (switched to Best Buy when the bell bag bonus was added) and I basically just need to know if I should opt for a curbside pickup at this point. Or even get it digitally.

Same with mine. Bell bag shipped, but the game hasn't moved from preordered to shipped.

Hi everyone! I just wanted some clarification on my package. When I ordered it the shipping said I would recieve it release day, so you can imagine how excited I have been to play. Since yesterday it has been in the getting it ready stage, but still it says the package will be arriving tomorrow. Can I really expect it to arrive on time? Thank you!

Just got the shipping notification! It seems like the game itself skips the preparing stage (Nook badge is, but that won't get to me until Wednesday).

Mine has been shipped, but the date of arrival is Monday. When I ordered I only chose shipping because it said the delivery date would be the 20th

My copy shipped out on Wednesday, but there was a sorting issue at the UPS facility and now it’s probably gonna be delayed... Did this happen to anyone else?

Yeah, I got the email saying it shipped yesterday and would be delivered today, then UPS emailed today saying "your package cannot be delivered as scheduled". Tracking says the label was created but it was never actually shipped. No current ETA for it either so it could come tomorrow or Monday or never for all I know. There go my weekend plans :,(
