I had already pre-downloaded the game as I bought digitally from Sony and a Physical Copy from Best Buy.

Might be a smart idea to have something like this in your emails to save some time and headaches for both parties.

Ye never ordering from them again the game is special edition Soni can get a steelbook and artbook that's why I'd do it instead of playstion store I don't know what this digital code is I just finished chatting with them and they told me to call now and have to wait a hour now for a rep and the person in the chat doesn't even know the add on code is lol

I will get the package today and see if it contains the physical game I did this all for a steelbook usually just do online preorder but this game is historic so hopefully it's worth it

Ok so the add on is just the ammo upgrade. Found this out from someone. Still won't download though lol waiting on a call from

Wow so someone explained it to me after countless call with customer service it's so simple

The add-on isn't meant to be downloaded You just redeem it it's basically an unlock key once you install the game it activates like freebies on fortnite and on Apex legends

Wow all these calls customer service in this forum and no one uses
