I ordered the last of us part two special edition apparently the game was supposed to be a digital code which was emailed to me today when I went to the PS store app and I redeemed the code I then went to the download list and I cannot download the add-on why can't I download the add-on there are games below that I have saved and I'm allowed to download those but this add-on I can't download so the problems with the add-on since obviously I can download the others just making that sure because people when they comment they're going to mention this anyway so why can't I download is it because the game is coming out tomorrow and it will download tomorrow I don't understand they said I could download it today That's what the email stated so I don't understand that also if the game is going to be digital And I'm getting the rest of them in the mail I guess the steelbook in the art book which is a little weird but I guess so you get the game on time so why can't I download it I don't understand I've been trying to get help all day if someone could please contact me ASAP You know I've tried talking to Best buy by phone I called them they said they would call me back in an hour I put my place in hold they never call me back in an hour I just called them again the same thing but it looks like they're not calling you back You know if you can please help me I'm going to try to talk to PS as well so anyone has any information I would appreciate it

I pre-orderd the Last of Us Part II and received my digital download code for the DLC. I have the game already pre-loaded on my console and entering the code gives me the error below:

The PlayStation Network Card number has already been used.

Hello all,

Generally, DLC codes will not be active until the game they are attached to goes live.  Please wait until Sony has officially activated the game before redeeming your DLC codes.

The email did not state this so I have already redeemed as you if you read my post. What do I do now? Will I be able to download my add on when the game goes live?

Ok so I figured out the solution myself my assumption was correct you can't download the game until tommorow

Ok 12:03am and can't download it I will try in morning but 12am it is supposed to be activated this is what Best buy sad disappointed in pre-order inh from best buy I wanted steel book that's why I did it ps4 store is always my choice and will be from now on won't care about steelbooks and won't order from best buy

Unfortunately I wasnt able to get any support in this chat too the original person that responded I have to say this to defend the people no disrespect but you didn't even read the post I said I reddedm the code etc your reply don't reddem codes u til they go live clearly in my post I redeemed it if you read my post please answer why you had to ruin this post

Best Buy does not sell a digital version of Last of Us 2, so if you are having issues redeeming the game, you'll need to speak with Sony for assistance with redeeming any digital codes you have.

I was told by best buy the didital add on is the game also they said to contact them if the code doesn't work told this by email and by a rep when I called them yesterday
