Two digital purchases, two mutiple day delays. Sitting on the phone for HOURS with people who cannot understand what im trying to say and always the same scripted B. S responses. Put on hold and not called back, made up stories of why things are not being processed, lies about when things will go through. Can't even call a LOCAL STORE!! CS can't even put me through to a manager, what a JOKE! This place is on its way out.
