ACNH Order "Stuck in Queue"

I preordered Animal Crossing New Horizons back in November of 2018, but with all this COVID-19 stuff going on, I switched my order from pickup to delivery. Then back to pickup when my delivery was delayed. Then back to delivery when my store said they didn't have any copies on release day. Then back to pickup when I found out you were doing curbside pickup. And then it just got stuck. I ended up calling the store and asking if they could just get it prepared for me, and after much searching, I was informed it was "stuck in the queue". Problem is I have like $15 of rewards + GCU applied to it, so I don't want to cancel it. Instead, I just bought another copy, and figure I could return it once I get it, but it doesn't look like it's going to get unstuck on its own. So I need some help getting this thing unstuck.
