Before you admins delete my reply, Im referring to a in stire purchase made ladt t night, not 1 i already posted about. Also thanks for deleting my post regarding illegal taxation; i cant imagine a better piece of evidence than proof of a deleted post that doesnt violate a single rule of yours, yet warns your customers of your attempt to scam them.
Same issue except my two 50 dollar gift cards are fine. But I bought 5 of the 20 dollar gift cards and not 1 of them works. Best buy has been zero help here, on the app, over the phone, or in general in the past when it comes to refunds, despite acknowledging the issues. I don't know what else to call this gift card phenomenon, other than a scam. It's just too many people with the same issue and this person was lucky to get their cards, but it is apparent to everyone that has read through the posts here that the number of issues with receiving refunds is inexplicable.
