Yesterday I purchased a digital code for 12 months of XBOX Live as well as the 3 months of Game Pass Ultimate. The XBOX Live code came within the hour but I still haven't received the Game Pass Ultimate code. When I look at my Purchase History it shows up as being "Preparing - we'll e-mail you when it's ready." I read it should only take up to 24 hours max to deliver a digital code so I'd like to know what the problem is.
