I ordered a $25 Roblox Gift Card online for a Christmas gift and when we went to redeem it it stated the card was not activated. A quick check of the boards here show that this is apparently a common issue with various gaming cards not being activated. How do I go about either getting this card activated or having a new one sent to me? I really would prefer not to call as I imagine the wait times will be horrendous. It was bad enough explaining to my niece why her gift didn't work, I would greatly prefer not to waste my time on hold due to an easily preventable error that was no fault of my own. If you have access to the card, the last 4 digits of the serial number may be helpful as well.
