$25 PSN Digital Gift Card Not Received over 24 hours

Yesterday morning I purchased at $25 PSN digital gift card and I still have not received the email with the code. The order status says it has been emailed to me and that the code is waiting to be redeemed.

I’ve checked my promotions and my junk folder with no success. Can someone help tell me why this has been delayed over 24 hours now? I’ve purchased tons of things digitally on BestBuy.com over the years and this has never happened. Thank you.

Welcome back to our forums!  As it sounds like you’re aware, our digital orders will typically arrive to the email address linked to the order within 24 hours, so it’s disappointing to hear there seems to be a delay with the PSN digital gift card you’ve been waiting for.  All that said, you’ve definitely come to the right place for help, and I’ll be happy to see what we can do to track down the code you’re looking for!

 

If you’re still not seeing your code in your Best Buy Digital Library, or the spam, junk, or Promotions folder of your email, I’ll just need you to sue the blue “Private Message” button in my signature to send me the following information:

 

  • Your first and last name
  • Your phone number
  • Your email address
  • Your order number

 

As mentioned, you’ll want to use the blue “Private Message” button in my signature, so this private information stays out of the public view of our forums.  If you’re accessing our site on a mobile device, you may need to switch to “Full” or “Desktop” view before this button is visible to you.
