Thanks for joining us at the Best Buy Community forums. I’m looking forward to picking up a couple new PC games as well, so I understand how disappointing not having that card activated must be.
You mentioned that you bought this in a store. I’m guessing that means that you went in and bought the card directly, and this wasn’t an online order for pickup. If it was an online order, please let me know and I’ll see if there’s anything I can do.
If it was bought in a store, and if you aren’t able to get support over the phone directly through Steam, your next step would be to head back in to the store with the card and receipt. That can check it out for you and see if they can help out at all.
