$10 Certificate Missing

I haven't receieved my $10 certificate for buying Deathloop.

Look at your points.  Do you have an additional 500 in there.  You don't actually get a $10 certificate, you get that value in points.

I was able to locate your order with this and review your account. From what I am seeing, while Deathloop is indeed one of the gaming titles that is part of our My Best Buy Get $10 Offer, this program requires that the game be pre-ordered and the purchase completed in order to qualify.

 

From what I am seeing, the order that you referenced was placed on Sept. 14, which is the day that the game was released. This is why no points were added to your account for this offer.
