My gamer's club unlocked discount did not apply to these two separate purchases (for three items), I have everything typed up and sent it to what I thought was the BB CS email address, however the automated response says the addres is invalid.
The issue still remains there'a about a $24 difference in what I paid to what I should have paid and I need to get this adjusted before the items ship.
Can anyone assist (I can PM/DM details with the email I tried to send a few weeks ago)?
