Hello,
I was rummaging around in my car today and found the old card I purchased that I had intended to redeem ages ago. I was told by the front desk cashier the club was discontinued? If I am able to recover the purchase transaction number, is there any way I could get an extension on my current subsciption or am I out of luck unfortunately?

Hello there, Johnnybeachboy,
As you’ve heard from the cashier, we have discontinued the Gamers Club and Gamers Club Unlocked (GCU) programs. I realize that isn’t the best news to hear after you discover a subscription card.
If the card was purchased by you for yourself, it was most likely redeemed at that time and already added on to your subscription. If it was given to you as a gift, it most likely wasn’t’ redeemed.
However, with GCU being discontinued, we are no longer able to add any extensions to active accounts.

Those cards did have an expiration date that they needed to be redeemed by and are non-refundable. My apologies, but we wouldn’t be able to offer a refund on this purchase.
