I had the same issue. I contacted these forum Mods and BBY Customer Service but they were not helpful in the least.
So, as a last measure, I checked my browser history from when I originally opened the link for the coupon (i.e., 2 months ago) and... IT WORKED!!!!
So, I suggest everyone check their browser history from the date you opened the link to the 25% off coupon and see if it's accessible there. Good luck all!

In November my GCU expired and I got the 25% off a game email.
I clicked the link this morning and it says that it's expired. I know that the coupon was valid for longer than 2 months.
How do I get a new code or fix the link from the email?

I Hope I can find some answers here, I have tried online chat, 2 hours over the phone and 7 transfers later and still frustrated about this promotion not being honored.
My Gamers Club Unlocked expired on Oct 26 2018, by Oct 22 2018 you guys send me an email stating my gamers club was going to expire and I will still be able to get a 25% off on one more game of my choice, the coupon expiration date was on 6/30/2019 however I no longer can open the coupon as it states "This link has expired. Please contact the sender of the email for more information" when I click on the coupon link. I have the email and screen shots of everything.
Nobody from chat or my best buy rewards phone agents are able to help me since they state they have no control over the email sent to customers. One agent was able to tell me the coupon is still active however they cannot give me the coupon code. I don't understand why.
Is there a way you guys can assist me with this issue? Thank you before hend.
